Lazaro Casanova and Venice Beach both host shows on our other baby KLANGBOX.FM and recently released an awesome collaboration in the form of a remix “Venice Beach – Closer (Lazaro Casanova Miami Vice Mix)”

French disco project Venice Beach starts 2014 with a big one!
After being really involved with loops and samples the parisian band has taken the high road of production and composition. Working with Lavinia Claws known for very diverse disco projects with Bottin or Thelonius, they put up together a sexy disco song with strong chorus ready to be whistled and heavy kicks and bass for the dance floor.
The original track comes with a Dub for those who are not feeling vocals and three remix versions visiting other universes. Futurewife (Seattle, PYT) has done a house mix with new violin arrangement. Dj Apt One (Philadelphia, Young Robots) has worked on glorious italo – moroderish version, and Miami based Lazaro Casanova famous for his productions on DFA/Nervous has taken the track in a heavy Murk-ish low deep house tempo.
